Failure to Conform to Communication Standards of a Working Relationship

Divorce and separation of married couples seem to occur from reasons that are never known. There is no one who can say exactly who is wrong in a relationship that has failed. Couples are intelligent units in a family and every one has personal interests that should form the family set up they have.
