Approach Women Without Fear

A lot of men seem to have quite a bit of fear when it comes to approaching women. At least, when it comes to really attractive women. It's okay to have a little bit, that much is natural. But, if you are unable to approach women because of that fear, well then, it's going to hold you back and you don't need that. So, how do you get over this fear?
