Community Property - Do I Have to Divide All of My Community Property Equally?

Did you know that not all property acquired while you are Married in a Community Property State has to be Divded equally? There are lots of Exceptions which you should know about. Many of these Exceptions also apply in non-community Property States so you may want to check with your Local Counsel.
